Where to Eat? Goodsaltz, The Curve, Mutiara Damansara

Saturday nights are usually family night outs for me. I'd go back to my parents' and we all go out to eat around town. Last night, we decided to try out a new place called Goodsaltz. Not sure if it's from any franchise but the place does look like it could be coming from one with its beautiful and inviting environment.

Where to Eat? Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock, Ara Damansara

Hey there. It's been a while since I wrote anything here. Yeah, I've been procrastinating on writing about my latest Korea adventure. A week after I got back, my family and I went to Hong Kong. That's something to write about too. So hopefully I'll find the time to work on writing those long overdue posts. This time I'm writing about something very recent. My friends and I have been going on this breakfast adventure over weekends trying out good eats around town. Last weekend, we decided to go to Ara Damansara to try out the Nasi Lemak at Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock.

MBLAQ at K-Festival Malaysia 2014

Just this weekend we had the K-Festival happening at Pavilion KL with booths promoting Korea services as well as performances from Korea that includes traditional dances, fashion show and even artist appearance. Of course the highlight was the appearance of MBLAQ.

Coney Dogs!

I was watching Food Wars on Food Network the other days pitting the best 2 coney dog restaurants. So I decided to try a hand at making my own coney dogs. This is what happened. Not bad right? Thanks to a bit of googling and youtube how to videos, I manage to come up with a quite spicy chili dog sauce for the coney dog. Haha.

Where to Eat? Oliver's Kitchen, Cyberjaya

Lunch time. At work in Cyberjaya. Need to get out of the office. There's so many places to go to, but do they make good food? My friends and I decided to venture to as many new places to eat over here. I'm sure new visitors would need some help as well so here's a little review on my visit to Oliver's Kitchen located at Shaftsbury Square.

North Korea Documentaries

I spent today watching a whole bunch of documentaries on the situation in North Korea. Makes me sad to watch what's happening there. I hope it's not as bad as reported. It does make me appreciate more of what I have and where I live. Hopefully things get better there. Here are some of the documentaries I watched on YouTube. More after the break.

MV Reactions with KSpazzing

Seems it's a trend nowadays to record reactions to stuff. With K-pop, it's the reaction to MVs when they're released. Out of the hundreds of youtubers who've done MV reactions, I have to say I enjoy KSpazzing's reaction the most. Simply 'cause you can't help enjoy and burst into laughter with their hilarious reactions. Here are some of my favourites. More after the break. Follow them here on YouTube.

Cuci the Musical: Last Kopek

Last Sunday, I got free tix to watch Cuci the Musical: Last Kopek at Istana Budaya courtesy of my awesome cousin who is a dancer in the show. I thought I'd share my thoughts on the musical here. If you're thinking about watching it, maybe my review can help you decide. Head on over after the break for the full write-up.

The Darwin Awards

One weird thing about me is that I like to read about death. One of my favourite books was 'What A Way To Go' which details some of the strangest deaths ever recorded. Believe me, there are thousands of ways someone can die. Ever since then, whenever I read crimes that involves death in gruesome or even weird ways, I'd get intrigued about it. There's also a show I just found out last year called '1000 Ways to Die' on YouTube. Some of the deaths featured never happened and some of them real. I found out about the Darwin Awards when I was watching an episode of the show. This led me to read the story of the real person who died in that way. Head on after the break to read more about what the Darwin Awards are for...

Happy New Year! ...it's gonna be the best year yet!

New year's resolution no. 1 - blog again... After an eventful 2010, 2011 was a bore in comparison. The year passed by just like that and i think i didn't really do much with my life. Let's compare...

2010
1. Visited 4 different places - New York, Singapore, Sydney and London!
2. Had kidney stone - It was a life experience I'll never forget.
3. Moved into my own place!

2011
1. Got a promotion!
2. The last project was over - Made great friends along the way but lost them when it was all over. Miss u guys!
3. No projects for 4 months!! - this got me worried, so not a good thing.

Here's to hoping 2012 bring me more excitement & meaning to my life...and everyone else as well. I'm gonna have to start listing out what resolution I aim to fulfil but gotta keep it to myself cuz I know when you tell people about it, it will never happen!

This is my theme song for the new year... Happy New Year!!!!
